How do I book a service?

sales@acautomotive.com.au. Select your preferred date and our team will confirm your booking, usually within the same business day.
Do I get a loan car?
Yes! We have a fleet of over 40 complimentary loan vehicles available for every service booking. Just bring your driver’s licence when you drop off your vehicle and we’ll have a loan car ready for you.
How long does a service take?
Most standard log book services are completed within the same business day. More complex repairs or diagnostic work may take longer — we’ll always let you know the expected timeframe when you book in and keep you updated throughout.
What does a standard service include?
Our log book servicing follows your manufacturer’s service schedule to maintain your warranty. This typically includes oil and filter change, fluid top-ups, brake inspection, tyre check, and a comprehensive vehicle health inspection. We’ll always contact you before performing any additional work.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
We have a comfortable waiting area at our Fyshwick workshop. However, for longer services we recommend taking one of our complimentary loan cars so you can carry on with your day. We’ll call you as soon as your vehicle is ready for collection.
