Common questions about electric and hybrid vehicle servicing

Do electric vehicles need regular servicing?
Yes. While EVs have fewer moving parts than combustion vehicles, they still require regular servicing including brake fluid replacement, cabin air filter changes, coolant system checks, tyre rotations and software updates.
Is it safe to service an EV at an independent workshop?
Yes, provided the technicians are properly qualified. Our 11 EV-trained technicians hold the required high-voltage safety certifications and follow manufacturer-specified procedures for all EV and hybrid work.
Can you check my EV battery health?
Yes. Using factory diagnostic tools, we can assess your battery’s state of health (SoH), identify cell imbalances and monitor thermal management system performance. This gives you a clear picture of your battery’s condition and expected longevity.
Do you have EV charging on-site?
Yes. We have 4 EV charging stations on-site, allowing us to charge your vehicle during servicing and ensure it is returned to you with a full charge.
Will servicing my EV with you void the warranty?
No. We follow manufacturer service schedules and specifications, use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts and update digital service records. Your manufacturer warranty remains fully intact.
