Common questions about tyre services and wheel alignment

How often should I get a wheel alignment?
We recommend checking your alignment every 10,000–15,000 km or whenever you notice uneven tyre wear, pulling to one side, or after hitting a significant pothole or kerb. It should also be checked after any suspension work.
Do you fit tyres for all European brands?
Yes. We supply and fit tyres for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and other European makes. We stock Continental and can source other premium brands to suit your vehicle and driving needs.
Can you supply run-flat tyres?
Yes. Many BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles are fitted with run-flat tyres as standard. We stock and fit run-flat replacements from Continental and other approved manufacturers.
What is included in a wheel alignment service?
Our four-wheel alignment includes measurement of camber, caster, toe and thrust angle on all four wheels using the Hunter HawkEye Elite system. We adjust all settings to your vehicle’s factory specifications and provide a printed before-and-after report.
How do I know if my tyres need replacing?
We check tyre condition as part of every service. Signs that replacement is needed include tread depth below 3mm, uneven wear patterns, cracking in the sidewall, or tyres older than 5–6 years. Our technicians will advise if replacement is needed.
